• Open ICU
• 10 ICU Beds
• 7-on;7-off scheduling

Coverage Model:

Day:

3 Physicians and 1 NPPA (7a-7p) &

Night:

1 Physician (7p-7a)

• HM Physicians respond to Codes and RRTs
