Job Description
Nurse Practitioner•
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, experience with musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions, and a passion for improving patients' quality of life through innovative treatment approaches. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Conduct and assist with interventional pain management procedures including: Trigger point injections Joint injections (knee, shoulder, hip) Tendon and ligament injections PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) procedures Perform ultrasound-guided injections and diagnostic ultrasounds Manage patients undergoing Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation therapies Provide pain management care and follow-up evaluations Educate patients on movement therapy, rehabilitation principles, and recovery strategies Counsel patients regarding anti-inflammatory nutrition and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate clinical documentation and EMR records Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or related specialty preferred) Previous experience in Pain Management, Orthopedics, PM&R, Sports Medicine, or Interventional Medicine preferred Experience with musculoskeletal evaluations and injection-based therapies preferred Ultrasound-guided injection experience strongly preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and market range Estimated market salary range: $130,000•$160,000 annually Performance-based incentives/bonus opportunities Paid time off and holidays Professional growth opportunities within a specialized Pain Management practice Schedule Full-Time Monday•Thursday No weekends preferred
