Schedule:
Per diem. Predictable clinic schedule with no nights and no walk ins. Clinic hours are Monday to Wednesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday and Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. One hour lunch Monday to Friday.

Local and commutable candidates preferred. Position Overview Provide primary care, wellness, and occupational health services in an employer sponsored clinic setting. Support proactive care, early intervention, chronic disease management, and long term wellness. Provide patient education and collaborate with the clinical team to support a positive clinic culture. Required Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Active, unrestricted license in the practicing state. National certification as an FNP or board certification as a PA. DEA registration. Experience treating patients age 2 and older. Strong HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Ability to pass on site credentialing. Autonomous practice approval required for the state.
