What You'll Do Provide psychiatric care to a consistent patient caseload in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management Diagnose, treat, and manage mental health conditions in older adults Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that improves quality of life Qualifications Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Board certification in psychiatry or a minimum of 2 years of direct psychiatric prescription management experience Active Virginia license and DEA required Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Ability and desire to work autonomously Passion for mental health and caring for the older adult population Compensation Expected compensation ranges from $101,938 to $120,325 annually, with uncapped productivity income potential.
