In this role, you will be integral to our multidisciplinary team, providing support in managing patients with severe pulmonary conditions. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and ensuring the delivery of optimal care in a critical setting. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations in critical care settings Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with pulmonary conditions Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options Document all patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as applicable Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols Requirements Valid NP or PA certification and license in the state of practice Experience in critical care or pulmonology preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to patient-centered care Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred

Daily Volume:
9-12 patients, 2-3 admissions
Setting:
Adult ICU Skills Required:
Ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex medical decision-making
EMR:
Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses
