Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Reston VA $120-$135K + Bonuses | No Weekends | Full-Time We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing integrated medical practice in Reston VA. Since 2016, our multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and rehabilitation specialists has been helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore quality of life. We are looking for a provider who enjoys working with musculoskeletal, neuropathy, and chronic pain patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Why Join Us? $120K-$135K + Bonus Compensation Health, Dental & Vision Insurance PTO & Paid Holidays 401(k) with Match Supportive Team Environment Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examinations, and assessment of diagnostic findings Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for new and established patients with neuropathy, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain conditions Order and interpret diagnostic testing, imaging studies, and laboratory work as clinically appropriate Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, expected outcomes, and home-care recommendations Provide ongoing follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality patient care Perform clinical duties within the scope of practice and delegated authority established by the collaborating physician Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation and patient records Support clinical operations and work closely with medical assistants, therapists, and administrative staff Serve as a trusted resource for patients, helping them navigate their treatment plans and achieve their health and wellness goals Qualifications Active Virginia PA or NP License Active DEA License Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Musculoskeletal or pain management experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills We offer competitive compensation, excellent benefits, a supportive culture, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day.
