Outpatient-only primary care Established patient panel with strong community reputation Flexible and supportive team culture Monday-Friday schedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Average patient volume: 18-20 patients per day after ramp-up Light call schedule: approximately 1 week every 5 weeks Telemedicine capabilities through Epic/MyChart Opportunity to help meet growing community demand for primary care access

Practice Environment:

Collaborative team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers One-to-one clinical support with CMAs/LPNs On-site clinical, administrative, and phlebotomy support Mentorship available from experienced physician leaders Patient-centered culture focused on long-term community relationships Candidate Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia BLS certification required Interest in adult primary care/internal medicine Strong communication and patient relationship skills Bon Secours Primary Care Associates of Mechanicsville We are an Internal Medicine practice located in the heart of Mechanicsville, an unincorporated area and census-designated place (CDP) in Hanover County, Virginia, with a population nearing 40,000. The practice is easily accessible via interstates 64 and 295, as well as Route 360 (Mechanicsville Turnpike.) It is immediately adjacent to Mechanicsville High School, and Bell Creek Middle School.
