Full-Time Advanced Practice Clinician (FNP/PA), Bon Secours Urgent Care Bon Secours Mercy Health has expanded its footprint and is seeking dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Clinicians (Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join our Towne Center Urgent Care team in Midlothian, VA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment throughout our Richmond market. As part of our urgent care team, you will manage a wide range of non-emergent illnesses and injuries while working alongside a supportive staff that includes medical assistants and front-office team members. Our urgent care clinics are open 7 days per week, 8 a.m.

Urgent Care Scope of Services:

Walk-in access to high-quality, non-emergency care Occupational medicine services, including workers' compensation, return-to-work evaluations, and pre-employment physicals On-site diagnostic services, including laboratory testing, X-rays, and EKGs Seamless coordination with primary care and specialty providers as needed What We Offer Competitive compensation

Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive care for walk-in patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of urgent care needs Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&D, and wound care as appropriate Collaborate with medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent service Provide patient education and ensure clear communication around care plans Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (Epic EMR) Qualifications Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Virginia Active DEA license Two years of active APC experience

Full-Time:

Three 8a-8p shifts per week with rotating weekends. Clinic is closed New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
