We are seeking a civilian Senior Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to lead a dedicated team focused exclusively on the health and well-being of federal employees in Quantico, VA.

Your Core Responsibilities:
Act as Program Manager, overseeing the administration and supervision of all contractor-employed staffServe as the primary liaison between the contractor and federal government officialsCoordinate and monitor daily operations and personnel at both FBI Headquarters and QuanticoOversee orientation and training for new staff members and ensure procedural complianceProvide leadership and direction for all contracted team members
Qualifications:
Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance5+ years of direct patient care experience required2+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacityActive Nurse Practitioner license in the state of VirginiaBLS and ACLS certifications requiredJoin a mission-driven team supporting those who protect and serve.
