POSITION OVERVIEW

Fully outpatient Internal Medicine role focused on adult primary care Opportunity to build long-term relationships with adult patient population Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities Supported by full clinical team within established outpatient setting Manageable outpatient patient volume within adult-focused practice model

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary up to $220,000 annually Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with 3% employer match 15 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays CME reimbursement: $1,500 plus 5 CME days Life insurance included Student loan repayment up to $50,000 Relocation assistance: $2,500 ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care to adult patients Manage chronic disease treatment, preventive care, and adult primary care visits Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based environment Collaborate with clinical and administrative support staff to coordinate care delivery Maintain documentation within outpatient practice workflows

Requirements:

Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician

REQUIRED

Active Virginia medical license

REQUIRED

Comfortable managing adult outpatient primary care

REQUIRED

Strong chronic disease management and preventive care skills

REQUIRED

Comfortable managing up to 25 patients daily

REQUIRED

Collaborative and patient-focused clinical approach

REQUIRED
