About Us Medical Associates of Richmond LLC is a growing interventional pain management practice focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. We are building a collaborative clinical team dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through medication management, interventional treatment coordination, and comprehensive chronic pain care. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. The provider will work closely with our physicians and clinical staff to evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider interested in developing skills in pain management and interventional medicine within a supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct follow-up and evaluation & management (E&M) visits Manage chronic pain medications and treatment plans Identify candidates for interventional procedures and coordinate care with physicians Perform trigger point injections and other in-office procedures as trained Review imaging, records, and diagnostic studies Educate patients on treatment options and care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care Qualifications Active Virginia NP or PA license DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling options Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity for procedural training and professional growth Consistent daytime schedule with no nights or major call responsibilities
