Trauma/Critical Care Surgery NP or PA Locums Job | Seeking Providers for Day/Night Shift for ICU & Trauma Coverage Jackson and Coker is partnered with a facility located in the outskirts of Richmond, Virginia that urgently needs Trauma APP locums coverage for their Trauma ICU in July. They're seeking a providers (NPs and/or PAs) that actively hold a Virginia medical license, have trauma ICU/Trauma surgery experience & that have a clean background that can credentialed expeditiously for coverage. Are you available? Dates of coverage needed : Day shifts are 7A-7P Night shifts are 7P
- 7A•July 2-3 days•July 4-5 nights•July 11-12 nights•July 16-19 days•July 27-28 days Details/Requirements for assignment #115589:•Must have an active & unrestricted Virginia medical license + DEA•ATLS is required•Seeking providers (NPs/PAs) that can offer 5-7 shifts per month (does not have to be consecutive)•Will perform a wide range of tasks along the entire continuum of care of trauma and acute care surgery patients, from admission to discharge + follow up clinic•APPs practice under the supervision of the trauma or acute care surgeon•Have needs for 7A•7P and/or 7P•7A shifts (12 hours inhouse)•Must be willing and able to complete work within 12 hours (to include charting) and to limit OT•No call coverage required•Seeking candidates that are comfortable/experienced with placing tubes, central lines & intubating•1st assist is strongly preferred•Facility detail: 450+ beds, MediTech EMR, designated level 1 trauma center•45-60 credentialing timeline•if submitted in September, can anticipate an early November start Jackson and Coker offers: + Weekly Direct Deposit + Top Rated Malpractice Insurance + In-House Travel Agency + 24/7 Recruiter Availability + Experienced In-House Privileging Coordinators Experience why Jackson and Coker has been recognized by Forbes and Staffing Industry Analysts for our commitment to service excellence.
