Job Overview Are you a compassionate and forward-thinking PMHNP looking for fresh ways to help your patients? Tired of the same-old med-management? Ignite Orthopedic & Wellness Clinic is seeking a motivated PMHNP to join our growing integrative medical practice and help expand our mental health services . This is a great opportunity to work in a non-corporate healthcare setting, enjoying a small, family-feel practice that offers non-traditional options for mental health. At Ignite, we believe in treating the whole person—not just symptoms. Our team combines traditional medical expertise with innovative, evidence-based therapies to help patients overcome depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and other complex conditions. Our practice offers orthopedic care, hormone optimization, natural weight loss, regenerative medicine, IV nutritional therapy, and ketamine-based treatments within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Work next to humble, caring providers and a devoted team of support staff. Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric and mental health evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and related conditions Determine candidacy for ketamine-based therapies Prescribe intranasal ketamine treatments in a safe clinical setting Provide medication management as appropriate Utilize hormone optimization, stem cell therapy, weight loss, nutrition and supplementation to improve mental health Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Virginia DEA registration and prescriptive authority Experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions preferred Experience with ketamine, Spravato®, TMS, or other innovative mental health treatments is a plus, but training may be available for the right candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for integrative and patient-centered care Why Ignite?
