7 on 7 off. 7p-7a Total census per provider per shift: 10-12 Procedures required:

Standard Electronic Medical Record:

EPIC Support:

Yes Certifications and license required: Active Virginia state medical license, Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Credentialing timeframe:
