Job Description Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Sterling, Colorado Provide comprehensive primary care for all ages while enjoying small-town living Banner Health , a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's leading nonprofit healthcare networks, is expanding its team of Advanced Practice Providers in Sterling, Colorado. Located in northeastern Colorado, just 90 minutes from Denver and Fort Collins, Sterling offers small-town living with easy access to urban amenities. We're seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You'll care for patients of all ages, deliver preventative services, and perform routine procedures, all while working closely with a collaborative clinical team.

Position Details:

Full-time, outpatient position at a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) Establish your own patient panel while accepting walk-ins and same-day visits 36 patient contact hours per week with dedicated administrative time Dedicated MA/LPN support On-site lab services available Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 7 AM 7 PM | Saturday, 8 AM 12 PM (Saturday rotation approximately once per month) No call required

Essential Functions and Requirements:
