Job Description

Work Dates Needed:
ASAP-6/30/2026
with possible extension
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8a-430p (30). No weekends or holidays
Worksite Setting:
Outpatient onsite health clinic
Scope of Work:
Primary Care duties
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
Active VA license, VA prescriptive auth, BLS and DEA. Strong phlebotomy skills required Must be able to see ages 2+. EPIC experience highly preferred
