Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide clinical care in our men's healthcare clinics on as as-needed basis. This provider must be flexible, dependable, and potentially work in multiple clinic locations across different states as operational needs require. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, protocol-driven care in areas including men's health optimization, hormone therapy, and related treatment services.

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat conditions related to men's health (e.g., hormone imbalance, erectile dysfunction). Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with company protocols and state regulations. Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice and licensure. Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medication usage, and follow-up care. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Collaborate with supervising and collaborating physicians as required by state law. Support clinic staff with clinical oversight when on-site.
Qualifications:
Current, active NP or PA license in good standing. Ability to obtain and maintain licensure in multiple states (preferred). Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. DEA registration (or ability to obtain). Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (men's health, primary care, or urgent care experience a plus). Strong clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and patient rapport skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven clinical environment.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel between clinic locations, including out-of-state assignments (preferred). Flexible schedule availability, including weekdays and occasional weekends and holidays. Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently while adhering to established medical protocols.
