Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our team at NOVA Patient Care in Woodbridge. Our clinic network comprises nine locations, including Old Town, Hybla Valley, Crystal City, Falls Church, Kingstown, Pentagon City, and Woodbridge, Fredericksburg and Haymarket. As an Advanced Practice Provider, your responsibilities will involve delivering exceptional patient care, encompassing medical diagnoses, treatments, medications, physical checkups, and health advice. Your primary objective should be ensuring the satisfaction of all patients. Additionally, building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and other professionals at the practice is crucial. Requirements:
Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments Administer necessary medications and therapies Monitor and document patient progress Conduct physical examinations Order and analyze diagnostic tests Explain healthcare procedures and preventive measures to patients and their families Provide compassionate and respectful care to all patients Qualifications Possession of a Master's Degree in a related field US Work Authorization Possession of a current and unrestricted Virginia state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
