  • Contract, Per diem Nurse Practitioner Job Description We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide mobile advanced wound care services for patients in their homes and/or in Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Vermont .
This is a per diem, 1099 contractor position ideal for an independent practitioner who values flexibility and patient-centered care.

Required:
Active NP License in the state Availability Monday-Friday, 9 a.m
  • 5 p.m. (per diem schedule flexible) Pass all background checks Comfortable with wound care Patient
  • focused, caring bedside manner Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic, comfortable with technology Wound Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility/Home Care experience preferred
