Job Description
Join a dedicated, multidisciplinary team at a leading community cancer center providing compassionate, high-quality oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and telehealth settings in Rutland, VT. We're seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to be part of an integrated, patient-centered care model that makes a real impact. Our team consists of 2 Physicians and 1 Physicians Assistant.
Position Overview:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM No Weeknight Call One Weekend perMonth On-Call Key Skills:
Clinical proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex medical conditions. Exceptional documentation, reporting, and communication abilities. Collaborative team player with a strong quality-improvement mindset. Technologically proficient, including in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive range from $120,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience. Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or graduate of an accredited PA program.Experience:
Minimum of 2 years as an NP or PA, preferably in oncology, internal medicine, or a related specialty.For NPs:
Licensed in Vermont and board-certified (ANCC or equivalent).For PAs:
