Nurse Practitioner Employee Health Clinic South Burlington, VT Schedule Mon, Tues, Thurs:
8am 4:30pm 3 month contract Role Overview Provide primary/acute care to adult employees of the City of South Burlington Outpatient employee health clinic setting All adult patients Perform work related physicals , assessments, and treatment plans Requirements Board certified Family NP (ANCC or AANP) Active Vermont NP license DEA required 2+ years primary care NP experience
