North Star Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our compassionate care team at the Springfield Health Center. This position will provide walk-in acute care services , supporting patients with immediate, non-emergency health needs in a welcoming community health center setting. Position Highlights Deliver high-quality, patient-centered acute care to walk-in patients of all ages. Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute medical concerns. Collaborate with an integrated care team, including physicians, PA-Cs, behavioral health providers, nurses, and support staff. Provide education, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions to patients and families. Qualifications Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of Vermont.

ARNP / PA-C

Education and Experience Must have completed a PA-C or NP-focused graduate master's or doctoral nursing program, and successfully pass a national PA or NP board certification exam. Licensed/license-eligible to practice in Vermont. 3 + years of clinical experience including the care of pediatric patients. History of adhering to healthcare ethical code of conduct.
