NEW Permanent Advanced Practice Provider Opportunity (NP/PA) - Behavioral Health (Outpatient) We're hiring a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join a collaborative outpatient behavioral health clinic focused on comprehensive psychiatric care and recovery support.

Location:

Central Vermont What You'll Do:

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care Support patients through therapy coordination, relapse prevention, and treatment planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across outpatient and inpatient services Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Build strong relationships with patients, families, and care teams

What You Need:

Master's degree (NP) or accredited PA program completion 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or related specialty Active NP or PA certification and state licensure Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Certifications (as required):

ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC

(role dependent) De-escalation/restraint training per department guidelines

Skills & Strengths:

Experience with psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
