We are currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our satellite clinic located in the historic Fairhaven district of Bellingham! Our team of expert clinicians, laboratory, and administrative staff offer personalized care with compassion, helping to make dreams of parenthood a reality. This role is integral to providing high quality care and creating a positive experience for each of our patients. The right candidate will be attentive, organized, detail-oriented, and energetic, with strong communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, working virtually with staff at other locations. Our clinic was voted as one of the Top Fertility Clinics in America by Newsweek (2023-2026) and the Best Fertility Specialist in the PNW (2024, 2025). This opening is for a full-time on-site position, Monday-Friday. Clinic hours are 7am-4pm, although occasional work outside of these hours might be required for patient care needs. We are located in the beautiful and historic Fairhaven district, with easy access via I-5. GENERAL DUTIES
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of patient care throughout a patient's fertility journey, from initial consultation and evaluation all the way through treatment follow-up. Utilize skill and judgment in applying basic principles of professional medicine Review all relevant health history, evaluate, consult on treatment plan options, and manage monitoring of patients throughout fertility treatment Provide patient education on fertility treatment options, medication protocols, and ART treatment Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as hormone assays, ultrasounds, and semen analyses Perform procedures such as transvaginal ultrasounds, SHGs, HSGs, IUI's, etc. Collaborate on and coordinate treatment plans with the physicians and other clinicians in a team-based approach Prescribe appropriate medications and provide appropriate referrals, where applicable Maintain patient charting, testing and flow sheets utilizing EMR, databases, and internal tools Daily clinical monitoring appointments, ensuring smooth clinic flow Cross-train, mentor, and assist with other departments as necessary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Washington CPR certification (healthcare provider level) EMR experience, HIPAA compliance Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of direct experience in similar role, Women's Health and/or OB/GYN You must have experience performing pelvic ultrasound scans PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
