Job Description
A healthcare organization in Coupeville, WA is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide diagnostic, treatment, and ongoing mental health services to children and adults in an outpatient primary care and walk-in clinic setting. This onsite position offers a four-day work week with 10-hour daytime shifts and includes patient assessments, medication management, education, care coordination, and clinical documentation. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Nursing, Washington PMHNP licensure, BLS certification, and current DEA registration, with at least one year of psychiatric care experience preferred. The position offers a salary range of $130,000 $145,000, comprehensive benefits, and a one-time incentive of up to $20,000.
