Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Practitioner (ARNP/PA/MD/DO) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and family-centered care. The Practitioner will work collaboratively with internal and external healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, personalized patient care. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessment findings. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions. Provide education to patients and families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options including Eastern medicine as appropriate. Manage acute and chronic illnesses, including prescribing medications as appropriate. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across various settings. Participate in infection control measures and ensure compliance with health regulations. Engage in utilization review processes to optimize patient outcomes and resource use. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Skills Proficiency in primary care practices with a strong focus on patient-centered care. Experience or knowledge with pediatric, womens health, and primary care populations is a plus. Familiarity with infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Ability to perform specimen collection processing effectively. Willingness to complete whole patient appointments including rooming, vitals, specimen collection, and immunizations. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
