Simplified Care :

Perform brief, non-invasive patient examinations.

Supportive Team :

Collaborate with MDs/DOs for supervision, documentation, and consultation. Key Responsibilities Conduct efficient, non-invasive examinations in patients' homes. Interpret diagnostic tests and recommend follow-up care such as labs, mental health services, home health care, or specialist referrals. Communicate findings with primary care physicians, case managers, or referring physicians as necessary. Document visits thoroughly and efficiently within 24-48 hours using an EMR system.

What You'll Need Required Equipment :

Stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, and pulse oximeter.

Licensure :

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in your state.

Malpractice Insurance :

Current coverage is a must.

Transportation :

Valid driver's license for fieldwork.
