Job Description

We are searching for an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Moses Lake, WA. Join our close-knit Emergency Medicine team of nine board-certified EM physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers at a Level III Trauma Center with an annual ED volume of 25,000. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and values strong relationships with other hospital services. We work closely with hospitalists, general surgery, OB/GYN, radiology, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, GI, and tele-neurology to provide exceptional patient care.
Scheduling:
APP shifts are 2:00 p.m.
  • 2:00 a.m., overlapping with physician shifts (7:00 a.m.
  • 7:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m.
  • 10:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.
  • 7:00 a.
m.). Flexible scheduling that accommodates personal needs and allows for a healthy work-life balance. Equitable holiday scheduling.
Compensation & Benefits:

$105.00 per hour Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with matching contributions Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage CME allowance
Requirements:
Board-certified/Board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with recent acute care experience. Emergency Department experience required due to the high acuity and autonomy of the role. Strong ability to work independently while having the full support of physicians on-site.
