Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Vacation, Sick Leave, Float Days & Paid Holidays 403(b) Retirement Plan Life Insurance Long Term Disability Wellness Program Employee Assistance Program LifeFlight Membership Education Allowance Peninsula Behavioral Health (PBH) is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide psychiatric assessment, medication management, and ongoing care to individuals served by PBH. This position includes work funded under the Washington State Trueblood Settlement , supporting individuals involved in the criminal court system, including those detained in city and county jails. This role provides services in office‑based and community settings and focuses on improving timely access to psychiatric care. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care Perform brief physical assessments as clinically appropriate Monitor labs and other diagnostics related to psychiatric treatment Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, community providers, and justice system partners Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record Participate in quality improvement activities and team collaboration Qualifications Advanced Nursing Degree from an accredited program Current Washington State RN and ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority DEA registration for Schedule I-V medications Minimum one year of psychiatric prescribing experience, including child/adolescent care Eligible for credentialing with hospitals and insurance panels Additional Requirements Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to provide required vaccination documentation •Peninsula Behavioral Health does not discriminate because of a person's presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity including transgender status, marital status, pregnancy, childbirth, and pregnancy-related conditions, age (40), honorably discharged veteran or military status, or use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a person with a disability, state employee or health care whistleblower status.
