You will manage high-acuity individuals transitioning from city and county jails back into the community. By providing stable medication management, forensic diversion, and integrated "physical-psych" triage, you ensure that medical crises don't derail psychiatric progress.

Model:

Enjoy a permanent 4-day work week with no call, no weekends, and no after-hours requirements.

Deliberate Scheduling:

90-minute new evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. You will see only 12-15 patients per day.

Field Engagement:

Partner with forensic teams for "warm hand-offs" in jails and community settings-meeting patients where they are to build essential rapport.

Base Salary:

$150,000

• $175,000+

Retirement:

Automatic 5% employer contribution to your 403(b) after 6 months-no employee match required.
