Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) Scope of Care Patient population: newborns through adolescents
Volume:
~16 patients/day Case mix: general pediatric outpatient care (well checks, sick visits, immunizations, acute/chronic management) Clinical Responsibilities Perform pediatric wellness exams, sick visits, preventive care, and immunizations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions Document encounters accurately in Epic Collaborate with onsite pediatricians, behavioral health, and multidisciplinary support staff Provide culturally sensitive care to vulnerable and diverse populations
Facility & Support EMR:
Epic Onsite specialty backup: pediatricians and behavioral health support Support staff: dedicated medical assistant, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, healthcare administrator
Equipment:
standard outpatient clinic equipment Credentials & Compliance Active Washington NP license required BC/BE required Active Washington DEA required BLS required COVID and flu vaccination required Clean record Temporary privileges and credentialing timeline: credentialing approximately 2-3 weeks Experience & Skills Experience in outpatient community health or working with vulnerable populations preferred Proficiency with Epic and ability to work in a fast-paced clinic Compensation & Logistics Rate, travel, lodging, and malpractice: TBD
