Details:

• Permanent, full-time position
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Lead clinician onsite
• Perform history and physical assessments of patients that are accurate, complete, concise, and relevant
• Lead shared decision-making discussions

• NP, APRN, or ARNP
• Current Washington state license
• Clinical experience
