Full Job Description Overview:

As a practitioner at Ballard Natural Medicine, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. We are looking for a provider with at least 1 year of experience in primary care and pediatrics. Specialty interests such as ASD, ADHD, EDS, POTS, fertility, gender-affirming care, or whatever your passion may be, would be a great addition to our team, but interest and experience in family pracitce are essential.

Skills:

• Strong patient assessment skills
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of pediatric care and ability to provide care for patients of all ages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest and ability to work from a team approach

About Us:

Ballard Natural Medicine is a busy, well-established integrative medical clinic in the heart of Ballard. We have a beautiful light-filled office with a fantastic group of providers and support staff. Our practice is currently made up of two ND family practice providers: one with a focus on pediatrics and women's healthcare, and one with a focus on dermatology; an acupuncturist; office manager; and front desk coordinator. We also have an independent ND provider in our office with a focus on pain management and chronic disease. We are a cohesive, friendly, professional team with a collaborative work environment. We are looking for at least a 2-year commitment of 3-4 patient care days plus administrative time related to patient care.

Compensation:

Employee position, not independent contractor Our pay is competitive, base salary with a tiered percentage-based split Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays included CE allowance, license fee coverage, and malpractice coverage. 3.5% Matching 401K.
