Position:

This role is open to an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) new graduates are not being considered.

Full-time schedule:

4 days per week (32 patient contact hours) Split schedule between two clinic sites in the Columbia River Gorge region: 2 days in White Salmon, WA 2 days in a nearby riverside community known for its close-knit, rural setting and access to outdoor recreation Provide comprehensive family medicine to your own patient panel, along with same-day, walk-in, and acute care visits during designated times Practice in a team-based, collaborative environment alongside experienced clinicians and support staff Opportunity for providers interested in leadership and organizational involvement , with a strong emphasis on shared decision-making and community impact

Requirements:

Active Washington State NP or PA license and DEA registration in good standing Minimum of 1 year of experience as an

NP or PA Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary (Exempt): $125,000 $130,000 annually (higher depending on experience and licensure)

Bilingual Differential:
