Join our expanding team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our expanding team at the brand-new Walla Walla Treatment Center, at 2121 East Isaacs Ave Walla Walla, WA. $75k- $100k Depending on experience Hiring Bonus $5000 Relocation Assistance Provided!

Employee referral program earn up to $2,000 per referral hired. Thanks Reward & Recognition Program Annual Service Awards Team Member of the Quarter & Year Awards Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F. With a blend of on-site and telehealth.Responsibilities and Duties:
Hours are combination of in-clinic and remote logging in to utilize the telehealth system for patient encounters. Medical services include conducting history and physicals. Reviewing urine drug screens and lab work, conducting assessments, participating in training, and managing crisis interventions. Referring patients to appropriate providers outside the Company's scope of practice, and at times participating in treatment team meetings. Will perform medical services as outlined in the Practice Agreement agreed upon with the supervising physician.Qualifications and Skills:
Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in the state employed (licensing in WA and OR preferred). Current Washington DEA License DATA WAIVER or ability to obtainDATA WAIVER
