Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for residents in nursing homes and assisted living settings. You'll be supported by a full-time medical director, administrative staff, and outsourced billing services — so you can focus on patient care.Responsibilities:
Conduct initial psychiatric assessments and routine follow-up visits Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Collaborate with facility staff, medical directors, and care teams Document in EMR in a timely and accurate mannerNurse Practitioner Job Benefits:

Must have a current and active NP license and DEA # in the State of Wisconsin. Must have at least one year experience working as a Nurse Practitioner. Be willing and able to commute to long term care facilities.
