ThedaCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Perioperative Services Team at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Appleton and Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Institute in Appleton, WI.

Position Details:

PRN- 0.1 FTE

Cross cover at all of our locations in the Fox Valley and Rurals Unique position to care for surgical patients in the outpatient clinic for preoperative risk stratifications and evaluations. Role will directly influence quality oues of surgical patients including postoperative oues, same day surgery cancellations, care coordination, readmission prevention and system mortality index. Opportunities for quality improvement work. Exciting opportunity to partner with nearly all specialty practices starting with surgeons, primary care, therapy, cardiology, pulmonary etc… all the way through the surgical experience and post-operative phase.
