Job Title:
Nurse Practitioner Pay range: $105/hr. on W2 or $120/hr. on 1099
Locations :
Green Bay, WI | Plymouth, WI | Union Grove, WI | Portage, WI Scheduling options: 4x10s or 5x8s available, Day shift | 32 - 40 hours weekly Assignment duration: 26 weeks (Possible extension)
Setting:
Correctional Qualifications Active Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner license required Board Certification as an FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, or related specialty is required DEA license required Current BLS certification required Correctional, urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, or internal medicine experience preferred Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
