NURSE PRACTITIONER
HORMONE HEALTH SPECIALIST

Part-Time Salary:
$86,000•105,000/year
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Elite Hormones is a growing specialty clinic with locations in Madison, Wausau, and Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We focus exclusively on testosterone replacement therapy and hormone optimization for peri•and post-menopausal women. Our practice is built on quality of care over volume — we spend real time with our patients, and our outcomes and retention reflect that.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our Wausau clinic on a part-time basis. This is an independent, patient panel-based role with established clinical protocols, direct mentorship from the clinic owner, and a compensation structure that rewards performance. We are a tight-knit team and culture matters here — a positive attitude, genuine team cooperation, and active participation in the growth of the practice are just as important to us as clinical credentials.
TRT/BHRT
experience is preferred. Preference will be given to those who specialize in women's health or have a background in hormone management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
— Conduct initial consultations and follow-up visits for hormone therapy patients — Prescribe and manage testosterone replacement therapy (topical, pellet and injectable), BHRT, and medical weight loss — Interpret laboratory results and adjust treatment protocols within established clinical guidelines — Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a subscription-based patient panel — Collaborate directly with the supervising APNP and clinic owner, and other team members at the other clinics
QUALIFICATIONS
— Active Wisconsin NP license required — DEA license required — Minimum 1 year of NP clinical experience preferred — Experience in hormone health, women's health, or functional medicine a plus — Strong communication and interpersonal skills — Ability to work independently in a specialty clinic environment
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
— Starting wage $65•67/hour base rate — 24 hours/week — Potential for quarterly production bonus based on clinic collections — 6-month performance review with opportunity for increased hours and compensation — Estimated total annual compensation: $86,000•105,000
