Job Description
Overview:
An outstanding home-care service company is expanding and seeking Nurse Practitioners to make visits to Skilled Nursing Facilities in MD, VA, PA, IL, KY, IN and NY. This position offers excellent work-life balance with no on-call duties and a weekday schedule!Details:
Setting:
Skilled Nursing Facilities, visiting patients' in SNF to provide direct care- SNF visits,
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5PM Requirements:
- Must have both NP license
- Wound care and SNF experience preferred but not required; open to new grads
