Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, PA-C.

Overview We are a growing outpatient mental health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals of all ages. Our team values collaboration, respect, and high-quality patient-centered treatment. We are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APRN) to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management. The ideal candidate is motivated, patient-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Duties Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Diagnose mental health conditions and develop treatment plans Provide medication management and follow-up care Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems , for efficient documentation and patient management. Active APRN license in W.V Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) DEA license Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred Experience working with diverse populations including children, seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities.
