What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Provide medication management and supportive psychotherapy Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients, families, and staff on mental health conditions and care plans Utilize innovative tools such as pharmacogenetic (PGx) testing (training provided) What We're Looking For ActivePMHNP-BC
