Duties:
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help patients with eating and drinking when needed. Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Observe and report changes in patients' physical, emotional, or mental condition to nurses. Assist patients with mobility, including walking, transferring, and repositioning. Make beds and maintain clean, safe, and comfortable patient environments. Help prevent pressure injuries by turning and repositioning patients regularly. TSHL01Pay:
