Schedule :

Night Shift Responsibilities:

Provide daily patient care including bathing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and vital signs monitoring Observe and report changes in patient condition to licensed nursing staff Assist with specimen collection, intake/output tracking, and patient transportation Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient environment Respond to call lights and support patient safety through 1:1 observation when needed Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Perform supply management and infection control procedures Cross-train in multiple hospital departments Support quality improvement initiatives Precept and train new CNA staff and students.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent 1 year prior experience as a CNA preferred Current full, unrestricted CNA license in the state of Alaska Current BLS (Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, Certified Nurse Assistant, Certified Nursing Aide, Nurse Aide, Licensed Nurse Aide, CNA) #

REQHC Pay:

$33.00 - $38.00 per hour
