Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and hospital policies. Document patient interactions accurately in medical records, ensuring clarity and compliance with privacy standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in trauma centers, medical-surgical units, geriatrics, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), and other specialized departments. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a caring and positive atmosphere during their healthcare journey. Requirements Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments like emergency departments or teaching hospitals. Strong communication skills with an active commitment to patient safety and quality care. Ability to adapt quickly to diverse clinical settings including outpatient clinics and sub-acute care facilities.
