Job Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Nursing Assistant, where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. In this vital role, you will support registered nurses and physicians by providing direct patient care across various settings, including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and specialized trauma centers. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help foster a healing environment that promotes comfort, safety, and well-being for all patients. Duties Assist with daily patient activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity. Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff promptly. Support patient positioning and transfer procedures using proper techniques to prevent injury. Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and hospital policies. Document patient interactions accurately in medical records, ensuring clarity and compliance with privacy standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in trauma centers, medical-surgical units, geriatrics, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), and other specialized departments. Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a caring and positive atmosphere during their healthcare journey. Requirements Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments like emergency departments or teaching hospitals. Strong communication skills with an active commitment to patient safety and quality care. Ability to adapt quickly to diverse clinical settings including outpatient clinics and sub-acute care facilities. Pay:
$8.50 - $9.00 per hour
