Job Description
Overview Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality resident care across diverse medical settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our residents, including those with complex needs such as dementia, developmental disabilities, and acute medical conditions. Your energetic and attentive approach will ensure that residents receive the respectful, personalized care they deserve while supporting the clinical team in delivering exceptional health services. Duties Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments through tailored activities and compassionate support Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and other mobility aids safely to prevent injury and enhance patient comfort Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state regulations Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, hospice, or outpatient clinics Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS) procedures Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like PCC, etc. for efficient documentation and resident tracking Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, developmental delays, or behavioral health needs Prior experience in geriatrics, memory care (including Alzheimer's and dementia care), or post-acute/sub-acute settings is highly valued Strong communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to resident service and caregiving responsibilities Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing exceptional patient-centered care. Pay:
