Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments through personalized engagement and safety measures. Maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols and utilizing equipment like Hoyer lifts and other mobility aids effectively.
