Full Job Description Position Summary:
It's About You, LLC is looking for a dynamic, experienced and compassionate caregiver to join our team. The caregiver performs ADLs for the disabled. Are YOU that caring and special someone that could make a difference in someone's life? Can you help them with every day tasks? We need an aide for a specific client in the Bauxite area. The specific days of the week are Saturday and Sunday. 8-4 or 9-5.
Essential Functions:
Follows all company & AR Medicaid policies and procedures in performing the duties of the position. Maintains a positive, professional attitude when dealing with the client, client's guests, client's families, or team members. Demonstrates good communication skills by speaking with clients, clients' families, or visitors, this includes other medical professionals and state representatives. Demonstrates ability to problem solve to achieve positive outcomes. Working knowledge of operating & maintaining various types of medical equipment such as Hoyer lift, wheelchairs, transfer boards. Documenting Care Activities in the online application in an accurate manner, but training will happen prior to using the app. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Certified in care for the disabled. PCA or CNA. Must be able to learn new software quickly. Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be capable of using a cell phone and applications on the cell phone. Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal. Must possess strong interpersonal skills both written & oral. Must be able to pass an AR State background check, Adult and Child Maltreatment checks & drug test Must have reliable transportation
