Duties Deliver direct resident care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support. Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions to promptly identify changes requiring medical attention. Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols. Assist with specialized care needs including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, behavioral health, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Document patient interactions thoroughly in medical records while respecting HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality. Qualifications Valid CNA certification with current licensure to practice in the state. Demonstrated experience working in healthcare environments. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and vital signs monitoring. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting residents and assisting with mobility needs. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.
