Nursing Assistant Job Description Join Our Caring Team! At The Gardens at Osage Terrace , we are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a warm, supportive assisted living environment. We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Day Shift team and help make a difference in the lives of our residents.

What You'll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Monitor and document resident conditions and report any changes to nursing staff Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents Support residents' dignity and independence while following individualized care plans Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to deliver top-quality care

Serve Meals Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification in the state of Arkansas or willing to transfer Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others Prior experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care is a plus but not required
